Shipping of the product

Once the order has been placed, the shipping of the product shall happen within 3 working days. The orders shall be procured by the team and only healthy plants are selected and packed. Afterwards, the orders are given to the delivery partners who shall deliver the product to you.

The company makes sure that the plants are packed in a proper manner and they have the least stress while being transported. Proper packing, watering and manuring shall be done by the team.

There are many courier partners and depending on the location and distance of address, the courier partner shall be selected. We have multiple nurseries from where the best plants and products shall be provided.

Delivery Address

The items shall be dispatched to the address mentioned during the time of order placement.

Time taken to deliver

The time taken to deliver shall depend on the distance and also public holidays which are present. Within the metros, the delivery shall happen within 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. For remote areas and far flung addresses, it might take more time depending on which courier company can deliver in the least time.

Status of the delivery

The user can login and check the status of the delivery and the location where it is. A unique order ID shall be provided which can be used to track the same. Also, email communication shall be given when the order is placed and when the order is going to be delivered.
