Depending on soil conditions and climate, we carefully choose trees best suited for the area. Each planted tree, diverse in its own right, significantly contributes to biodiversity preservation, ensuring the well-being of local fauna.

About the Project – Wedding Anniversary of Parents

The project is an ongoing project to help achieve increased greenery in India. Carbon Fixing of 1 MT per person is the goal. The process involves identifying suitable sites and collaborating with farmer groups near forested areas. We select high-quality seedlings encompassing fruit trees, timber trees, medicinal plants, and forest trees, planting them on farmers’ lands.

Furthermore, through detailed explanations, we guide farmers on optimal cultivation practices and highlight the benefits over varying time spans—2, 5, 10, and 20 years. Regular expert visits ensure progress monitoring and guidance. We diligently record and update the current conditions of farmers and forest covers on electronic platforms, facilitating ongoing assessment and improvement. The expansion strategy involves continuous identification of new sites and farmer groups to extend benefits comprehensively.

Technology

We apply geotagging to the trees, utilizing GPS to mark the area boundary. The team gathers comprehensive information about farmers along with images, directly capturing and storing all data from the field through mobile apps. We calculate the annual carbon fixation using equations developed by experts for different species within the app and the accompanying reports. Throughout this process, we maintain complete transparency in obtaining, storing, and analyzing the data.

Impact assessment

We measure the impact of the project on wildlife and farmers. At regular intervals, we capture data and analyze it by comparing it with previous data on the same parameters calculated a few months ago. We gauge the change against the planned results.

Reports

We prepare and send project reports to the contributors. The report covers the following –

1) Trees status as on the last visit made

2) Any mortality in the trees planted

3) Carbon fixed in MT from the start of the project

4) Quantity of fruits that are being produced by the planted trees

5) Economic impact on the farmers.

6) Ecological impact created.

The tree orders that are placed by the customers are planted and details shared of the location where the trees have been planted. The locations can be anywhere in the country depending on the availability of sites and trees. We do not sell any physical product like tree saplings, leaves, branches etc. All orders of the trees are planted and no tree saplings orders can be physically sent to any person or entity. We strive to make India greener and sustainable.
