Refund Policy
For plants
The plants cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. Generally the plants might look a little dull due to transit. They need to be kept in an airy place and given water as instructed. The plants will come back to health in a few days. If the plants that have been shipped and received are not as per the order, this needs to be brought to the notice of the company along with images. The company shall redispatch new plants of the correct order. In case the plants are in very poor condition, this also needs to be brought to the notice of the company. The company shall resend new healthy plants.
Note : The information needs to be sent to the company within 24 hours of receiving the plants.
For other non perishable items
The other items like flowering pots, gardening equipment, grow bags etc are checked before sending. We ship only the best products. In case the product is damaged or defective, this needs to be told to the company along with images and order number. The company shall either send a new product and initiate a return or send a new product without return.
